Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Fixverso runs in the browser: the counter computer, a tablet for signatures and your phone for photos. All you need is an internet connection.
Can I use it for repairs other than phones?
Yes: there are ready-made sheets for computers, consoles, TVs, audio, small and large appliances, power tools and e-mobility, each with its typical faults and its own test.
Does the customer need to download an app?
No. The customer uses the QR code on the receipt or the link you send: a page opens in their browser, with no sign-up.
Does it issue tax receipts?
No: you keep issuing fiscal receipts with your cash register as you do today. Fixverso keeps the internal cash desk, check-in and pickup receipts, and quotes.
Who helps me if I do not know how to do something?
Your dashboard has the AI assistant, the little robot at the bottom right: type or say what you want to do and it explains the steps, with a button that opens the right page. There is also a guide with FAQs, and you can write to us with the «Report a problem» button.
Is my data safe?
Every shop is separated from the others, access is personal and data is backed up. You can export customers and repairs whenever you like.

Each shop's data stays separate and protected, with a backup every night, and can be exported at any time.
