Refund policy

Every shop gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card, plus the free demo: you can check that Fixverso fits you before paying.

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase, by writing to info@fixverso.com or replying to the Paddle receipt.

Renewals and the differences paid to move to a longer plan are not refundable, except where required by law or in case of a billing error.

You can cancel at any time: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. There are no penalties and no partial refunds for unused time.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record: approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the same payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
