Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
How Fixverso processes the personal data of website visitors and of the people using the software, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Controller
Contact: info@fixverso.com.
Which data
Account: name, email, phone, shop details.
Data entered by the shop: customers, devices, repairs, quotes, payments, photos and signatures.
Payments: handled by Paddle (or by Stripe for shops already subscribed with Stripe). Fixverso never sees or stores card details.
Website visits: page, language, country and referring site, without cookies. Visitors are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day. For people opening the demo we also store city and IP address, which is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Demo: the email you leave to open it and, if you use «Continue with Google», the name on your Google account. If you tick the box, also your consent to news and offers, with date and time.
Why and on what basis
To provide the service and manage the subscription (contract).
For tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
To understand how the site is used and improve it, in aggregate form (legitimate interest).
To answer your support requests.
With the demo email we write to help you try it, ask how it went and suggest continuing with Fixverso (legitimate interest: you can object at any time by replying to the email).
News and offers only if you chose them by ticking the box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Data of the shop's customers
For the customer data entered by a shop, the shop is the controller. Fixverso processes it as processor (art. 28 GDPR), only to provide the service and following the shop's instructions.
Who we share it with
Providers that help us run Fixverso, bound by data protection agreements: Supabase (database, EU servers), Vercel (website), Brevo (email delivery), Paddle and Stripe (payments).
«Continue with Google» uses Google's sign-in only on the demo page: Google tells us the email and name of your account, nothing else.
Some providers may process data outside the EU with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
How long
For the life of the account and up to 12 months after the subscription ends. Tax documents for 10 years. Demos delete themselves after 24 hours.
The email left for the demo for 24 months after the last demo, or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies
We only use technical cookies, needed to log in and to remember the language. No profiling or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing by writing to info@fixverso.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
