Why Fixverso exists
People who repair devices spend too much time away from the workbench: forms to fill in, customers calling to ask how it is going, quotes lost in a chat, parts noted on a sheet of paper. Fixverso exists to take that office work away and leave more time for repairs.
What we are building
Management software for repair shops and labs that runs in the browser, with nothing to install. The customer signs the check-in on screen, approves the quote from their phone and follows the repair with a QR code. You get cash desk, parts stock, calendar and invoices in one place.
How we work
We are a small team of developers and we design and build Fixverso in Italy. The product grows by listening to the shops that try it: many features, such as check-in from the customer's phone or the invoice register, came from requests and conversations. If you need something particular for your work, write to us: we can also customise the software.
What we promise
- A free 14-day trial, no credit card.
- Your data is yours: kept apart from other shops, with a backup every night, and you can export it at any time.
- No commitment beyond the period you paid for, and every feature included in the price.
- We answer you ourselves, by email, at info@fixverso.com.
What we do not do
- We do not issue the fiscal receipt: you do that with your own fiscal printer, as always.
- We prepare the electronic invoice (the XML file), but sending it to the Italian tax agency is up to you or your accountant.
- We do not say the software is perfect: it is young and gets better every week. That is why your opinion matters to us.
Who sells and invoices
Payments and invoices with VAT are handled by Paddle, which sells the subscriptions on our behalf. You will find the details in the «About us» section at the bottom of the home page.
